Harry Harczak is former executive vice president and executive committee member of CDW, a FORTUNE 500 company and a leading provider of technology products and services for business, government and education.
Harczak was responsible for marketing, product and partner management and business development. Previously, Harczak served as chief financial officer for CDW from 1994 until 2002 and executive vice president - sales from 2002 until 2006. He also previously served as treasurer from 1998 until 2002 and secretary from 2000 until 2002. In addition, Harczak was appointed executive vice president corporate strategy in 2001. Prior to joining CDW, Harczak was an audit partner in the accounting firm of Coopers & Lybrand L.L.P., where he worked for 16 years serving public and private clients in the retail, distribution and financial services industries.
Harczak, a certified public accountant, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from DePaul University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Executive Program. He is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and currently serves on the Board of Directors of U.S. Cellular and Junior Achievement.
