Dave Pepper is the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of The Pepper Companies, Inc. Dave also serves as Chairman of the Chicago based Pepper Construction Company, a national general contractor / construction manager with revenues of over $800 million annually. Key operating groups such as project management, marketing and accounting and finance report directly to him.

 

Dave is a member of the Northwest Suburban Council Boy Scouts of America's Board. He has been an active member of the AGC Supervisory Training Committee since 1985 and is also a member of the AGC Education Committee.

 

Dave is also very active in local community and industry organizations for the development of youth groups.
